what is pip?
A little glowing companion that lives next to your cursor on your Mac. Hold a key, ask out loud, and it answers in a sentence while pointing at the exact spot on your screen. No chat window to type into.
is it watching my screen all the time?
No. Pip only takes a screenshot while you're holding the hotkey, so it can see what you're asking about. Let go and it stops looking. Screenshots aren't stored.
is my stuff private?
Your question and that one screenshot go to the model that answers, and that's it. When Pip follows you through several clicks, it finds each next step on your Mac itself, and nothing from that leaves your computer. Here's exactly what's sent and where.
does it click things for me?
No. Pip points, you click. It circles the control, tells you what it does, and follows along as you go. You stay in charge of your computer.
which apps does it work in?
Any app on your Mac: system settings, your browser, video editors, spreadsheets, design tools. It reads the screen like you do, so it doesn't need a plug-in for each app.
what does it cost, and can i cancel?
Free gets you 30 questions a month, forever. Pro is $15 a month for up to 300 questions, and Max is $69.99 a month for up to 1,000. Upgrade, switch, or cancel from the Pip menu whenever you like.
